Ni Wan, male, Manchu, born on April 12, 1974, professor, doctoral supervisor, and is currently a member of the Party committee, vice dean of School of Journalism and Communication, Shandong University. Member of the school’s Academic Committee and Academic Degree Committee. Executive director of construction project of the Big Data and Precise Communication Laboratory, Shandong University. Got postdoctoral degree in both History (cultural resources and cultural industry) and Management (strategic management and brand communication). Member of the New Media Professional Committee of All-China Journalists Association (ACJA). One of the first batch of experts in Liao Wang Institute of Xinhua News Agency, as well as distinguished expert of Beijing CCSmart. Director of the Management and Research Association of Film and Television, Chinese Collegial Association for Visual Art. Director of China New Media Communication Association (CNMCA). Vice chairman of Teaching Instruction Committee of Journalism and Communication in Shandong Province.

As of June 2019, published more than 50 papers in various academic journals ( including 16 CSSCI indexes), 4 publications/textbooks. In charge of 2 state-level projects and over 40 teaching and research projects from the Ministry of Education, Shandong Federation of Social Science, Shandong Education Department, Shandong Personnel Department, Shandong Culture Department and Shandong University.
