From September 2, 2019 to September 3 2019, the Fourth Academic Meeting for Visual Art Industry and Management Specialized Committee of Chinese Collegial Association for Visual Art—“Film Industrialization and the Development of Visual Art Industry in Shandong Summit Forum” was held in Xuefu Hotel of Shandong University. This forum was jointly guided by Chinese Collegial Association for Visual Art and School of Journalism and Communication, Shandong University, hosted by Visual Art Industry and Management Specialized Committee of Chinese Collegial Association for Visual Art and presented by School of Journalism and communication, Shandong University. More than 60 experts and scholars from Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Nankai University, Sichuan University, Shandong University, etc. attended this forum.

This forum deeply discussed and explored the development of visual art industry in Shandong and even in China from a professional point of view, figured out bottlenecks and barriers as well as made up with plenty of constructive solutions, which will stimulate the industrialization of visual art and provide a clear direction to be targeted.
