The 7th academic salon hosted by young scholars of Journalism and Communication School was successfully held in A606, Zhixin Building in Shandong University on the afternoon of November 14th. Yu Miao, who received Ph.D degree of our school and currently a lecturer in Qingdao University of Technology, was invited to give us a lecture entitled “ Using Homeowner Wechat Group to Promote Urban Community Governance --- An Empirical Study Focusing on Micro-public Sphere”.

In the symposium, Dr.Yu Miao also shared his experience in academic writing, seeking foreign literature and selecting research target group. After that, the seventh academic salon concluded successfully.
