Wang Hua was born in suqian ,jiangsu province in 1981.He is the associate professor, doctoral supervisor, director of journalism institute, school of journalism and communication, shandong university.He is the managing director of the Party newspaper and journal research committee under The Chinese Association for History of Journalism and Communication,the director of the Professional committee on media culture under Chinese Collegial Association for Visual Art.He has received journalism and communication education in Nanjing Political College, Lanzhou university and Fudan university.He graduated from the school of journalism, Fudan university in 2010 and received a doctorate in journalism and communication.He has worked in school of literature and journalism, shandong university since 2010.He has published dozens of academic papers in Chinese Journal of Journalism & Communication, Journalism Research, China Publishing Journal, China social science news, China art , Frontiers and other publications.He has presided over or participated in more than a dozen provincial above social science project, the national social science fund project 2 items.

His research focus on history of journalism、documentary、mass communication and social development.

His representative writings include National Image and National Image Building(Fudan University Press) and A History of Journalism in the Liberated Areas of Shandong（1937-1949）(People's Publishing House).
