Liu Bing Woody, Ph.D., master Instructor of Shandong University, dean of Department of Journalism, director of Institute of Journalism and communication, and reviewer of Dazhong daily.

He has presided over 10 projects, including the project of the Ministry of education of China and the Social Sciences research project of Shandong Province. He has published News Writing: Theories, Methods and Techniques (Nanfang Daily Press, 2011), Convergence Journalism (Tsinghua University Press, 2017), A Coaching Guide to Journalism (Peking University Press, 2017), and more than 100 papers.

He has studied in Northeast University, Renmin University of China, Shandong University and Shih Hsin University. He was a journalist of Yanzhao Metropolis Daily and a columnist of Youth Journalist. He won the outstanding achievement award of Humanities and social sciences of colleges and universities in Shandong Province, and his dissertation was awarded as excellent doctoral thesis of Shandong Province.
